Casalis strives to be a brand of luxury interior textile design products and to act consistently accordingly. To this end, we choose to be distributed by appropriate interior design businesses that have the appropriate look and with professional staff to schedule our products in their interior design projects.

It is important to us that these partners are well trained to get the most out of our products. That is why it is important for us to provide training on a regular basis, and to repeat it each time this is requested.

Casalis strives to provide optimal support to its customers through an up-to-date and attractive website, through social media, catalogs and leaflets. We also ensure that end customers are referred to dealers through our website, or when requests come directly to us. Administratively and commercially, we try to give them maximum support from our headquarters.

However, our partners must have sufficient tools to use our products effectively in their projects and to promote the products to the end customers. For this, samples and product presentations in real interior combinations are a must where possible.

We generally provide our dealers with a 40% discount on consumer prices and an additional 10% discount when purchasing showroom carpets or acoustics. We charge for sample boxes to ensure they are valued and to help you make a more committed, informed decision.

We deliberately keep the number of dealerships limited in order to be able to support them all sufficiently well and because it is also not to the dealers' own advantage if there are too many of them. However, the cooperation must lead to sufficient business. If this is not the case, we prefer to end the cooperation in order to give opportunities to other interior design stores. We believe in an approach with focus, both with us and with our dealers.
